The PERFILS project, within the INNOAPAT community, completes its first year of innovative development
The PERFILS project is a joint initiative to respond to the growing demand for food, food supplements and ingredients with a nutritional profile of products that are perfectly adapted to people who, due to diverse physiological conditions (allergies, intolerances, pathologies, etc.) , require specific nutritional requirements and for which there is very little diversity of food products that are adequate and safe.
The progress of the project during this first year has been very satisfactory. The collection of first results of interest has started for the group companies, which will surely have a translation into the market in a near time.
SOSTECA has advanced in the conceptualization and specification of the computer tools that will support the initiative, being in the starting point for its implementation during the next period. SOSTECA applies all its knowledge in the development of web applications, databases and complex algorithmic to generate the best solutions that help to achieve the objective of PERFILS.
